April 8-12, 2019 Tualatin, OR Police Department will be hosting our Rolling Surveillance law enforcement training.

RATTCAT Task Force

We will spend the first day in the classroom and then hit the streets of Portland and surrounding areas for intense hands-on training exercises. You will be part of the RATTCAT task force undercover mobile surveillance operation.

You will learn the best techniques in mobile and foot surveillance. If you implement them as a team, you will not lose or burn the operation.
