* Registration Form and Fee must be received in advance for proper planning. Please bring your ID to be checked in at the door. No one other than approved attendees will be permitted inside the training room. No photos or recordings without prior approval by Tim Lewis of LCI Services.
*If a cancellation is requested by the attendee or agency four weeks before the event/class, the amount will be refunded, less a $150.00 service fee. No refunds thereafter.
