FREE! Online registration for full-time, sworn Colorado Law Enforcement only. This class is covered by a CATI scholarship. You do not have to be a CATI member to attend this class, but we encourage you to consider it.

Due to the high volume of interest, we receive many more requests than spaces available.

Registration is not complete until an email confirmation is received. If the class reaches capacity, you will be notified by email that you have been placed on the waiting list.

Please allow up to one week to receive a response while applications are reviewed. All applicants will be notified by email once selections are finalized.

Rolling Surveillance is a two-week course. This is part I. You may follow up with Part II: Rolling Surveillance II in Lakewood – June 2026. It is covered by CATI scholarships, as well.

*Seminar Registration Form and Fee must be received in advance for proper planning. Please bring your ID to be checked in at the door. No one other than approved attendees will be permitted inside the training room. No photos or recordings without prior approval by Tim Lewis of LCI Services.

*In the event a cancellation is requested by the attendee or agency up to four weeks prior to the event/class, the amount will be refunded, less a $150.00 service fee. No refunds after that.

*Payment is due by check-in on the first morning of the class. Late Payments not received within 30 days upon check-in of the class will accrue a 20% interest fee.
