*The Seminar Registration Form and Fee must be received in advance for proper planning. Please bring your ID to be checked in at the door. Only approved attendees will be permitted inside the training room. No photos or recordings will be allowed without prior approval by Tim Lewis of LCI Services.
*In the event a cancellation is requested by the attendee or agency up to four weeks before the start of the event/class, the amount will be refunded, less a $150.00 service fee. No refunds after that.
*Payment is due by the first morning of the class. Late Payments not received within 30 days from the start of the class will be charged a 20% interest fee.
