*The Seminar Registration Form and Fee must be received in advance for proper planning. Please bring your ID to be checked in at the door. Only approved attendees will be permitted inside the training room. No photos or recordings will be allowed without prior approval by Tim Lewis of LCI Services.
*If an attendee or agency requests a cancellation up to four weeks before the event/class, the amount will be refunded, less a $150.00 service fee. No refunds will be given thereafter.
*Payment is due by check-in on the first morning of the class. Late Payments not received within 30 days of the start of the class will incur a 20% monthly interest fee.
